What does it mean to be fearless these days? Having courage is, I think, much harder when you are faced with the social media game as so many high schoolers are now. There is so much temptation to compare ourselves with others, and to look or act a certain way. Jacque describes herself as outgoing, fearless, and a leader, and I admire her for all of these things. She is an extrovert, but has pushed herself to take initiative the last few years and take hold of opportunities that are offered to her. She will graduate in June from Nevada Union High School, and plans to attend college afterwards. She’s a wonderfully talented dancer, and hopes to one day dance and travel the world…she also is part of the the dance team and theatrical dance at her school. Gaby, her dance teacher, is one of her biggest inpisrations. She adds that if she could choose one “crazy dream”, it would be to become a movie star!
Besides dance, she is passionate about one of her extracurriculars: working with florals. She currently takes a few classes and hopes to expand her talents in the next year or so. I think it’s a really fun and creative outlet! Jacque wanted a senior photographer who could give her a soft and fashionable look, and I was eager to bring her dream to life. I loved all of these locations, and of course, her style really pulled it all together. Pacsun and Zumiez are two of her favorite places to shop, and she adds that her personal style is something that makes her feel beautiful and confident. Once she graduates, she hopes to attend Los Angeles Valley College, and then pursue her beautiful future. Congratulations, Jacque!
