Warm hearts are the best of hearts. Maggie’s one of those caring people, and it was a joy to capture her beautiful personality in her senior photos! She’s graduating from Bear River High School, and she’s hoping to head off to university to learn how to teach American Sign Language. She has a passion for the deaf culture and their community, and loves to interact and learn from them as much as she can. Beyond that, she’s the ASB president at school, plays water polo, and is involved in the Key Club! It was wonderful to spend the day with Maggie, and her enthusiasm was inspiring to me.
We caught some fantastic weather, which made for some great lighting in Maggie’s senior pictures. It was the perfect location for Maggie’s bubbly personality, and it went wonderfully with Maggie’s colorful wardrobe as well! She says a good outfit is something that builds her confidence, and it looks great on her. I asked Maggie what advice she’d give to her freshman self if she were able to go back in time: “It goes by really fast, so take time to enjoy every moment, because it’s really fun!” Those are wise words, and it gets to the heart of something that we should all be mindful of; life goes by so quickly, so we should walk a little bit slower, and take the time to enjoy it as much as we can!
Maggie’s warm personality was a joy to photograph, and her gorgeous looks made for some truly wonderful and timeless pictures that she and her family will be able to keep close to their hearts for years to come. Maggie adores her family, and says that her sister is someone who greatly inspires her: “She’s my best friend”, she said, “she works so hard, and gives 110% in everything she does. She’s the most loyal person you’ll ever meet!” She continues, “She also has the best dance moves. I love her so much!” It’s such a great thing to hear someone talk about their family with a deep love and admiration for them, and I don’t hear it often enough.
Maggie is a joy, and I’m sure her family feels the same way about her. I wish her all of the best as she steps into adulthood!
