When a senior is selected to be part of my senior squad, I always tell them they are in for an adventure and tons of fun! Angie is part of my 2018 team, and I have loved meeting her and getting to know what a strong and lovely young lady she is. Angie attends Bear River High School, where she is currently excelling in her academics, and soaking up every bit of her senior year. When she was searching for a senior photographer, she came across my photos on social media and says, "I ended up choosing LWP because I saw several other people posting that you had done their photos, and all the pictures had turned out amazing!" An accomplished cheerleader and dancer, she credits cheer with providing her with some of the best high school memories, and adds that she will be appearing as a cheerleader in a film that debuts in November. I thought that was pretty impressive, as well as exciting!
"People would probably say I am sassy and happy", she laughs, "but I hope people also remember me after high school as someone who always had a good time with my friends." Angie is certainly very social, and loves connecting with her pals on Snapchat. She also cites her mom as being her ultimate role model, and says, "My mom is the person I look up to the most, because she’s so strong and happy and she’s truly my best friend." After she completes high school, Angie plans to move to Truckee to begin work on her EMT certification. Of course, her passion for dance will not end with graduation, and she hopes to continue dancing in some capacity for years to come. As someone who describes her personal style as "casual", she sure brought some elegant and pretty outfits to her session, and it was so much fun to plan out her locations and styling based on them! We did several nature-based locations, and then did a few photographs at her school so we could capture her love of cheer. Angie looked beautiful in every frame!
I'm so proud of this young woman, and have no doubt that she will be an incredible EMT and make a difference in the lives of many people!
